Layout redesign & structural work
Chimneys were relocated, and walls—including the Long Bay Wall—were removed to open the space. The floor was leveled and replaced. A new LBO with columns and a new interior window for kitchen visibility were installed. Electrical, heating, and plumbing systems were repositioned to match the new layout.

Full Interior Renovation – Multi-Room Facility
Existing vinyl flooring, carpets, and plywood were removed and replaced with new laminate flooring. Plumbing was installed for toilets, sinks, and drains. Ductwork and A/C units were added in all rooms, connected to an exterior unit. Child-size restroom stalls were built, drywall was repaired throughout, electrical fixtures were upgraded, and the entire space was repainted.

Bathroom floor replacement
The existing floor was uneven and coming apart. The surface was leveled and replaced with new laminate flooring for a clean and durable finish.

Bedroom Restoration
A damaged wall was rebuilt, and carpet was removed to reveal and refinish the original wood floor. Closet walls were taken down to open the space, and the homeowner covered the ductwork with wood for a cohesive look.

Seamless open concept renovation
Walls were removed to open up the layout. Flooring was renovated and carefully matched, including around the in-floor heaters. Drywall was added, and the entire space was transformed into a continuous, open-concept layout. Low barrier walls were removed, and LBLs (Laminated Beam Lumber) were added for structural support.

Antique ceiling restoration
The original ceiling was cracking and deteriorating. It was carefully restored to preserve its antique style and fully repainted for a refreshed, timeless look.

Facade Renovation
Roten wood on the exterior was replaced with pressure-treated lumber, chemically treated to resist rot and weather damage. The entire surface was then repainted to refresh and protect the new facade.

Structural remodel
A load-bearing wall was removed and replaced with an LVL beam to maintain structural integrity. Additional work included wall adjustments, new flooring, and finishing throughout the space.

Old paint was stripped from an original floor, which was then fully restored. Drywall was also renovated to refresh and update the space.
